Pursuant to Administrative Order 14-2, effective June 1, 2014, electronic service will be mandatory in the Eighth Judicial District Court for all documents identified in Rule 9 of the N.E.F.C.R.  The $2 additional fee for this service is being eliminated, thereby reducing the cost to file and serve by 36 percent.  View the Administrative Order on the court website http://www.clarkcountycourts.us/rules.html.
