District Court Criminal Converts to New Case Managment System

On July 26, 2010, the Eighth Judicial District Court Criminal Division will implement its new case management system, Odyssey. To prepare for the transition the court will cease scanning documents into the Blackstone case management system beginning Wednesday, July 21st at 5:00 p.m. Any document with a file-stamp of Wednesday, July 21st through Friday, July 23rd will not be available for public viewing or access until after July 26th.

Also, starting on Monday, July 26th, multiple defendant cases will have separate case numbers for each defendant. All documents filed on these cases will need to include the appropriate case number. In addition, the criminal case number format will be changed from 09C123456 to C-10-123456-1.
