Model Code of Conduct
The Clark County Courts subscribe to standards detailed by the Model Code of Conduct for Judicial Employees in the State of Nevada. The Model Code of Conduct details standards governing the conduct of judicial employees with the aim of ensuring a fair and independent court system.
