The public is invited to submit comments regarding the finalists for the position of District Court Commissioner – Guardianship with the Eighth Judicial District Court. This opportunity for public input is part of a three-tiered recruitment process established by administrative directive for selecting District Court Hearing Masters and Commissioners.

The following individuals have been selected as finalists and are moving forward in the hiring process. Public input will be reviewed by the selection panel during the final phase of evaluation:

Each candidate is a licensed attorney and a member in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada. The District Court Commissioner will be responsible for presiding over guardianship matters and issuing legal opinions and decisions in accordance with applicable law.
