Pro Se Sealed Case Access

The Eighth Judicial District Court deploys self-represented access to their own cases, including non-public.

If you are pro-se and need access to your sealed cases, you can now request access to your cases. Meet with a virtual Clerk where you will register for an account, request extended access, and verify your identity virtually.

You will need a valid photo ID to complete the verification

Once your identity is verified, your request will be processed. This will take up to one business day to complete. Once created, You will receive an email notifying you that your access has been granted.
