the Clark County Family Law
Online Self-Help Center. Here, you can obtain information on various
family law topics and access our library of over one
hundred court approved forms. Our forms are intended for use in the
Family Court of the Eight Judicial District.

ABOUT US
The Self-Help Center has been serving the community since 1999. Each month the Center's staff assists thousands of
individuals represent themselves in Family Court proceedings by providing
legal information,
use of legal materials, instruction on family court practice and procedure,
facilitating informational classes and programs, and
selling fill-in-the-blank court forms.
There is a $5.00 fee for each of the Center's fill-in-the blank form pacekts. The Center also provides notary services for a fee of $2.00 per notary signature.
We hope the information shown here is helpful and will make your contact with the court efficient and more productive. All information is intended to assist you in making the best use of your access to justice. Please note that private counsel is always recommended for legal matters. The Self-Help Center is prohibited from giving legal advice.
The Family Law Self-Help Center provides services to all self-represented individuals; including opposing parties. Be advised that there is NO attorney-client privilege or confidentiality between the Center and any individual. The Self-Help Center will only provide information and resources.
The Self-Help Center hosts the "Ask a Lawyer" program every Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The program offers self- represented individuals a free, fifteen minute consultation with a lawyer regarding family law matters. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and is limited to the first thirty registrants. Lawyer consultations begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. No children are allowed in lawyer consultations.
The Self-Help Center would like to thank all volunteer "Ask a Lawyer" attorneys for generously donating their time to this important community service.
