To resolve a traffic citation warrant, the defendant MUST do one of the following:
Pay the FULL BAIL AMOUNT shown on the notice of warrant by sending a personal check or money order, along with a copy of the notice to: NCO Financial Systems, PO Box 4947, Trenton, NJ, 08650 or Las Vegas Justice Court Traffic Office, PO Box 552511, Las Vegas, NV 89155-2511.The warrant will not be recalled until the full payment is posted, and the check or money order is cleared by a financial institution.
Alternatively, you may call NCO at (866) 637-0271, or Las Vegas Justice Court at(702) 671-3444, or access the court's online payment system, and pay the full bail amount, including warrant fees, to remove the warrant.
Or, make a court appearance by coming to Justice Court Traffic Office, located on the 1st floor of the Regional Justice Center, in downtown Las Vegas, at 200 Lewis Ave.
If you live out of state and you want to communicate with the Judge concerning your citation and your citation is in warrant:
It will need to be accompanied by the Motion form, which also must be filled out. The completed Motion form can be faxed to 1-702-671-3132. Please call 1-877-455-1289 one week after faxing to verify fax was received. The completed Motion form
Contact an Attorney to complete the appropriate actions. Persons with outstanding warrants from traffic citations will not be arrested in the Traffic Office.
Persons in jail as a result of a traffic warrant will not be released until the full bail amount is posted, or a release is granted by a Judge.

To resolve a criminal warrant, the defendant MUST do one of the following:
Contact an Attorney to complete the appropriate actions. If you are represented by private counsel, please contact them for assistance. If you are represented by the Clark County Public Defender's Office, you should contact that office for assistance. The Public Defender's Office phone number is (702) 455-4685. If you are represented by an attorney, only the attorney can submit a Motion to the court.
If you are NOT represented by an attorney, you can schedule a court appearance by coming to Justice Court Criminal Records Office, located on the 2nd floor of the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Avenue.
To schedule a court appearance, you must complete a Motion to Place on Calendar a proceeding to Recall or Quash the Warrant. The minimum time necessary to place a matter on calendar is two (2) judicial days. The warrant will stay in effect until the court appearance and it is recalled or quashed by a Judge.
