Traffic Division

The Las Vegas Township Justice Court accepts all traffic citations within the Las Vegas Township. The Court Clerk's Traffic Customer Service Office is located on the first floor of the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Avenue. Business hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Customers will ONLY be able to obtain customer service tickets from the Court's Q-Matic Customer Call System through 5:00 pm.

Payments

Customers may pay tickets by phone or Internet using debit card, VISA©, or MASTERCARD®. The phone line for the Traffic Division is (702) 671-3444 and toll free long distance 1-877-455-1289, then in the menu selection, press 1 for Traffic.

Payments also are accepted in the Traffic Office by cash, debit card, VISA©, or MASTERCARD® credit card, personal check, money order, or cashier's check.  The Traffic Office is located on the first floor of the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Avenue, Las Vegas.  A drop box is available for payments left after hours.

Be sure to write the CITATION NUMBER on the check or money order to ensure your payment is applied correctly. Payments without this information risk being posted to the wrong citation.

If you wish a receipt showing that the payment was processed, you MUST INCLUDE a self-addressed stamped envelope with all payments left in the court's payment drop box.

Walk-In Attorney Sessions

Effective September 15^th, 2009, Las Vegas Justice Court Traffic Division will no longer schedule Attorney Sessions. These sessions will be will be heard utilizing a daily open format on a first come, first serve basis.

Attorneys may show up to Courtroom LLB with a printed register of actions. A maximum of 15 citations will be heard per visit. No need to pre-schedule or visit the Traffic Division Office several times before being heard. Court will be closed for lunch from 12 pm – 1 pm and for two 15 minute breaks (break times will vary).
