Court Forms
To complete any form, place the cursor at the beginning of the line you wish to complete. With most forms, start at the beginning of the first page with either with the Case Number, or the Plaintiff name. Type the information, then use the Tab Key to move to the next field. DO NOT USE THE ENTER KEY TO MOVE FROM LINE TO LINE. Occasionally, there are boxes that need to be selected using a "check" mark. Use the Enter key to make your selection, click again to remove it.
If you see there is a mistake, use the Back Tab to return to that field to make the correction. Complete ALL fields on the Form. Please follow all instructions in the fields. These instructions are designed NOT to appear when the form is printed. If necessary, you may override the instructions with an entry, but only if this action is authorized. Spell check can be used to make corrections. Once you are finished, print the document, or save it using the SAVE AS option on your PC.
