General Information

The courts and judges of the Eighth Judicial District Court are dedicated to providing the highest standards of justice to the citizens of Clark County, Nevada.  The District Court is committed to finding creative and responsible solutions that improve public access and deliver faster dispute resolution for citizens.  

The court has created special courts and calendars, adapted local court rules, and developed special programs in an effort to enhance services to the public.

The Civil and Criminal Divisions of the court are located in the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Avenue, in Downtown Las Vegas. The Family and Juvenile Divisions are located in the Family Courts and Services Center, 601 N. Pecos, Las Vegas.
