Criminal matters in Las Vegas and Clark County - misdemeanors, gross misdemeanors and felonies - are heard by judges of the Las Vegas Township Justice Court and the Eighth Judicial District Court.

Justice Court Calendars

Preliminary Hearings, bail motions and other criminal courts matters are usually heard in the mornings in the various courtrooms in the Justice Court. Information about court schedules can be obtained using the Justice Court Calendar Search.

District Court Calendars

Motion hearings and calendar calls take place in the various courts during morning calendar. Current calendars can be accessed using the Court Case/Calendar Inquiry system.
