Electronic Filing
Las Vegas Township Justice Court
At this time the Las Vegas Justice Court Clerk does not accept electronic filings. Filings are located at the Civil and Criminal Counters located on the second floor of the Regional Justice Court, located at 201 Clark Avenue, in downtown Las Vegas.
Eighth Judicial District Court
The Clerk of the Court allows parties to file and serve documents on-line using Wiznet's E-File & Serve. The electronic system allows parties to search by case number or use keyword search to access a case and begin the electronic filing and service process. Once documents are submitted, parties may view the status of documents filed through Wiznete's E-File Queue.
Using the Wiznet Document Access Program (DAP), the Clerk of the Court allows electronic viewing of all civil and probate case documents dated from January 2001 to present online, as well as at Clerk Counter located on the third floor of the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Avenue, in downtown Las Vegas. The documents hosted in the DAP are searchable, printable and available for viewing.
There are two DAP registration options:
- DAP On Demand: Pay per download for each document retrieved through DAP
- DAP Subscription: Purchase an annual subscription for unlimited access to documents through DAP
To start a search for documents you must register or login.
