Las Vegas Township Justice Court
The Las Vegas Justice Court Clerk will require all Civil case documents to be filed as of August 1, 2011, are to be electronically filed through E-Filing. Documents are to be submitted electronically to the Justice Court 24 hours-a-day from any computer with internet access for a nominal fee.
Users may E-File through Odyssey E-File & Serve at http://wiznet.wiznet.com/clarknv/pages/login.jsp for a charge of $3.50 for each document or they can E-File documents free of charge at the scanning stations located in the Civil Law Self-Help Center on the first floor of the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Ave. or in the Justice Court Clerk's Civil Customer Service office located on the second floor. Court filing fees apply regardless of the e-filing method chosen.
A One-hour free E-Filing training sessions will be available on the dates listed below in the Jury Assembly Room on the third floor of the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Ave.

Each session is limited to 50 participants. Anyone wishing to attend should e-mail the date they would like to attend, along with their name, address and law firm/company name to berna@clarkcountycourts.us.
Eighth Judicial District Court
The Clerk of the Court allows parties to file and serve documents on-line using Wiznet's E-File & Serve. The electronic system allows parties to search by case number or use keyword search to access a case and begin the electronic filing and service process. Once documents are submitted, parties may view the status of documents filed through Wiznete's E-File Queue.
Using the Wiznet Document Access Program (DAP), the Clerk of the Court allows electronic viewing of all civil and probate case documents dated from January 2001 to present online, as well as at Clerk Counter located on the third floor of the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Avenue, in downtown Las Vegas. The documents hosted in the DAP are searchable, printable and available for viewing.
There are two DAP registration options:
- DAP On Demand: Pay per download for each document retrieved through DAP
- DAP Subscription: Purchase an annual subscription for unlimited access to documents through DAP
