After-Hours Filing

Las Vegas Township Justice Court

The Las Vegas Justice Court Clerk maintains an after-hours filing kiosk inside the south entrance to the Regional Justice Court, located at 201 Clark Avenue, in downtown Las Vegas. court.

Eighth Judicial District Court

The Clerk of the Court maintains after-hours filing kiosks in the entrances to the Regional Justice Center, 200 Lewis Avenue, in downtown Las Vegas and at the Family Courts and Services Center, 601 N. Pecos, Las Vegas. Please read and follow the directions listed below for easy document handling.

• Only documents that DO NOT require a filing fee are acceptable.
• No "late filings" will be accepted in the Clerk’s Office after 5:00 P.M. These kiosks will operate until midnight, 7 days a week.
• Date stamp all items, including the copies, and paper clip the copies to the original before placing them in the delivery slot.
• Items placed in the delivery slot unstamped will be processed with the following day’s date.
• All items which are in the proper form will be "filed" the next day with a hand stamp and will reflect the same date as the date stamp on the document.
• Items not in the proper form will be returned to the filing party the following day unprocessed.
